Since the company’s founding, we have made the strategic decision to integrate mechanical workshops at each of our sites. This internal organization gives us full control over the maintenance of our fleet, ensuring faster response times and optimal vehicle availability.
By managing maintenance in-house, we significantly reduce the risk of breakdowns on the road and provide a high level of reliability in our transport services.
That said, no equipment is completely immune to mechanical issues. To limit any impact on our delivery commitments, we have set up a 24/7 roadside assistance service. Our highly skilled technicians operate within a wide radius around our branches to carry out all types of repairs.
In most cases, this responsiveness allows us to deliver goods on time, without our clients experiencing any disruption from the incident.
